Every design starts with a conversation and review of the goal at hand. This is the point where we share ideas and look at the market trends to get a clear focus on where we are headed together. We will discuss and agree on a budget and set expectations, so your deliverables are in time and curated to your needs. Â
You’ve communicated your desires and now the work begins. Sample procurement, color selections, fabrics, flooring, furnishings, drawings, modeling, and more come together as your ideas come to fruition.
We will meet for a final presentation to review every single element that will go into the project. The final presentation meeting can take up to 4 hours to review each item and address any changes or concerns.
Utilizing established project management skills, your approved design will be handled with the expertise gathered from decades of experience. Items are ordered in accordance with lead times and delivered to our warehouse for holding until your desired installation date.
Once we begin the design process (The Concept), you can expect to receive weekly updates regarding the process and any revisions or timing adjustments. No one likes surprises, so communication is key. We strive to keep changes to an unavoidable minimum, but if they do arise, you will be kept in the loop at all times. As with all bespoke aspects of working together, the choice of communication is up to you! Text, Email, Slack, DM, or plain old phone conversations. I work for you.
All aspects of your new interior will be handled with white glove installation. From the furniture placement and window treatments to accessories on the nightstand, every last detail will be attended to absolute perfection. Photographs will be taken & shared with you as well!
